Exchange policy
Pre-loved shouldn't mean unprotected. Here's exactly what happens if a pair isn't what the listing promised.
Three-day inspection window
You have 72 hours from delivery to inspect your pair. Contact us inside that window and we'll open an exchange case immediately.
Condition-as-described guarantee
If a pair arrives in worse condition than the grade published on its listing, we exchange it for another pair of equal value or refund you in full.
Authenticity guarantee
If a pair listed as authentic is ever proven otherwise, you are refunded in full at any time. No window, no conditions.
Sizing exchanges
Because every listing is a single pair, a like-for-like size swap usually isn't possible. We'll credit the full amount against any other pair in the archive instead.
What isn't covered
Wear caused after delivery, outdoor use, cleaning damage, and flaws already documented in the listing's grade breakdown.
How to start
Message us with your order number and photos of the issue. Cases are answered within 24 hours; approved exchanges are collected from your address.
