About these terms
By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Archival sells authentic pre-loved footwear online. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order.
One pair, one listing
Every item is a single physical pair. Once it sells it goes out of stock, though the listing stays online as part of the archive. Stock is reserved only once payment is completed.
Condition and grading
Each pair is graded by hand out of 10 and shown with photographs and video of the actual item. A grade below 10/10 means visible wear, described on the grading page. Pre-loved items are sold as seen, in the condition shown.
Pricing and promotions
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees and include any discount shown at the time of purchase. Promotional pricing, including launch discounts, applies only while the offer is live. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you if we do.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted once payment clears and we confirm it. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays. Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you provided.
Returns and exchanges
Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not copy our photographs, product write-ups, grading descriptions or branding for commercial use, scrape the site, or resell our content without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
