What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. When you browse, we collect anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and device type.
Payments
Checkout and payment processing are handled by Shopify. Card details are never stored on or transmitted through Archival's own systems.
Your shopping bag
Your bag is stored in your own browser so it survives a refresh. Clearing your browser data clears it.
How we use it
Only to fulfil orders, handle exchanges, answer messages and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary with our payment processor, delivery partners and analytics provider. Nothing more.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we'll action it within 30 days.
